Gold Coast Mobile Veterinary Care

Providing gentle and compassionate end-of-life care for your beloved pet.

Unfortunately our companion animals may acquire debilitating conditions or be diagnosed with a terminal disease. Making the decision to say goodbye to your pet is one of the most difficult decisions you will ever make. Dr. Au is here to support you and guide you through the process.

Dr. Au is proud to be CAETA certified (The Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy) and practice fear free techniques.

About Dr. Au

Dr. Jeanine Au grew up in Hawai’i. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She then completed an intensive small animal medicine and surgery internship at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital, where she was fortunate to train with some of the top specialists in various disciplines of veterinary medicine. After practicing for 7 years in a clinical setting she recognized the need to provide veterinary care to pets in their home, especially when it came to end-of-life care.

Dr. Au has always been interested in the human-animal bond and encourages owners to take an active part in the welfare of their pets. She understands how difficult it can be to make that final decision and will be there for you providing support, guidance, and empathy. Together we will honor your pet’s life by giving them a peaceful passing, in a safe space, surrounded by loved ones.
